Acceptance of Terms

Account Creation & Security

To access mint33's full range of services, you will need to register an account with accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the mint33 support team immediately.

  • Registration details must be accurate and verifiable.
  • Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal is processed.
  • Your password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any party.
  • Users are responsible for keeping their account information up to date whenever changes occur.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a mint33 user, you agree to use this platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable rules. The following actions are strictly prohibited while using the platform:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or another user's account.

Payment & Transaction Information MYR

All transactions on the mint33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via supported payment methods including local e-wallets and Malaysian bank transfers.

Deposit

Funds deposited into your account may only be used for gameplay on the mint33 platform. Deposits are generally processed instantly or within a few minutes depending on the chosen method. The minimum deposit limit is as stated in the payments section of the platform.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will only be processed upon completion of identity verification. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business hours. mint33 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests where there are indications of fraud or a breach of terms.

Any fees or charges relating to transactions will be communicated to the user before the transaction is confirmed.

Account Suspension & Closure

Mint33 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or actions that compromise the security of the platform. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a breach may not be eligible to open a new account.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mint33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors or loss of data.

Intellectual Property

All content on the mint33 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface design and software — is the property of mint33 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or reuse any of these elements without prior written consent.

The mint33 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. mint33 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the mint33 platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
